  • EWS Certificate, if eligible.
  • Scanned photograph in JPG/JPEG format (not larger than 100KB)
  • Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format (not larger than 100KB)
  • Debit/Credit Card details for online payment of the Application Fee.
